Registration

Payment is expected at time of reservation. Credit cards are accepted. You will receive a receipt and registration confirmation by email. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot “hold” properties. A booking is not official until payment is accepted and confirmation sent.

Check-in/check-out times

Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that the innkeepers do not live at the property, so a firm arrival time is needed in order to meet you without delay. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations

With the exception of October weekends, cancellations received 14 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations received fewer than 14 days in advance will not receive a refund, but will receive full credit toward a future stay. Credit must be used within one year.

If the cancellation is for an October weekend, only cancellations received 28 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Otherwise, a full credit will be applied toward a future stay within one year.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our guesthouses. Feel free to smoke outside. Guests who do not respect the no smoking policy will be charged $200 for cleaning and smoke removal.

Occupancy

First Street Guest Suites can accommodate a total of 6 adults. Grapevine Gueshouse accommodates up to four adults. Grapevine Cottage accommodates two adults. Market Street can accommodate 6 adults. You are welcome to have visitors during your stay, but only registered guests may spend the night.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is not provided for two- to three-night stays, but can be arranged for longer stays.

Provisions

Unlike a traditional B&B, we offer the bed without the breakfast. Grapevine Guest House and Market Street Cottage have a fully-equipped kitchen, Grapevine Cottage has a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator, First Street Guest Suites and Grapevine Cottage have kitchenettes with mini fridges, microwaves and coffee makers. Numerous eating establishments are within easy walking distance.

Do’s and Please Don’ts

Make yourself at home. Everything is there for your use and enjoyment. We only ask that things stay where they belong. You are not expected to clean the home before you leave. Have fun, but please be respectful of your neighbors.
